The Green Antioxidant Smoothie

Try out this refreshing green smoothie to amplify detoxification and let your radiant self shine bright.


  • 4 Apples
  • 1/2 Lemon, juiced
  • 4-5 Leaves of Kale
  • 1 Cup Water


  1. Simply blend all ingredients together, and enjoy.


Ratio is 60% ripe organic fruit, mixed with about 40% organic green vegetables (preferably dark green leafy vegetables – such as Kale, Collard greens, Romaine lettuce, Spinach, Parsley).
